As extended stay hotels become more popular, differentiation remains the key to success. Amenities, culture, and design are integral in attracting certain demographics.
When an extended stay hotel wanted to open their first apartment hotel in Philadelphia, they sought to set themselves apart by offering a suite of services and amenities that appealed to the most discerning of patrons. Their brand would be ultra-chic and current to speak to their patrons’ interests and culture.
The result is ROOST: “More than a place to stay for a while. It’s a place to belong for a while.” AAJdesign named, positioned and composed a mark and logotype that can work in tandem —or apart—to complement the hotel’s architectural aesthetic and differentiate them from other boutique brands.
