Mitchell Almquist | Designer

Mitch, a self-taught designer, came to AA&J after a long career developing visual artifacts for environmental clients. An ardent outdoorsman, he enjoys hiking and sauntering through the woods. Occasionally he finds a squirrel to chase, but purely for sport. Mitch finds solace in the outside world and brings this poetic sensibility to everything he does at AA&J. Although he does not enjoy the associated tasks, he is also gifted in business development and marketing.

We have a simple philosophy: connect with clarity. And we have been adhering to its principles as one of the East Coast's leading design and strategic communications firms for over two decades.

We plan and execute brand strategy and visual identity, strategic communications and interactive media. Our clients include a broad range of large companies, start-ups and prominent not-for-profit organizations.

the clamor and connect with their audiences through design that surprises, engages and elevates perceptions.
